　　前 言

　　隨著信息科技的不斷進步和澳門居民生活水平的不斷提高，智能化、自動化的財務(wù)管理方式逐漸成為主流趨勢。鑒于此，澳門特別行政區(qū)政府特推出“澳門管家婆100%精準(zhǔn)：生活支出智能規(guī)劃助手”（以下簡稱“澳門管家婆”）項目，旨在利用最新的智能技術(shù)，為澳門居民提供一個全面的、個性化的生活支出智能規(guī)劃工具。該工具將通過科學(xué)的算法，結(jié)合用戶的實際需求，幫助用戶實現(xiàn)生活支出的精準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃與管理，提高居民生活質(zhì)量，促進澳門經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展。

　　一、項目背景及目的

　　隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算、人工智能等技術(shù)的發(fā)展，金融服務(wù)業(yè)正面臨前所未有的變革。澳門特別行政區(qū)政府緊扣時代脈搏，決定推出一款生活支出智能規(guī)劃工具“澳門管家婆”，以滿足居民對于財務(wù)管理智能化的需求。該工具能夠根據(jù)每個用戶的消費習(xí)慣和經(jīng)濟狀況，提供個性化的支出規(guī)劃建議，以降低財務(wù)風(fēng)險和提高生活品質(zhì)。

　　二、項目目標(biāo)

　　三、項目研發(fā)與管理

　　本項目將采用開放、合作的方式，緊密聯(lián)合澳門科技有限公司、澳門大學(xué)等優(yōu)秀的科研機構(gòu)和高校團隊，共同研發(fā)智能生活支出管理系統(tǒng)。通過整合各類數(shù)據(jù)分析和人工智能技術(shù)，研發(fā)出集數(shù)據(jù)采集、智能分析、建議輸出等多功能于一體的智能規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)。

　　（二）系統(tǒng)功能

　　“澳門管家婆”將涵蓋如下功能模塊：

1. 數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊：通過用戶授權(quán)，自動采集用戶銀行賬戶、購物平臺賬戶等各類賬戶的交易記錄和流水信息，以獲取用戶的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)。

　　Title: 100% Precise: Life Expense Intelligent Planning Assistant - Macau Housekeeper

　　Preface:

　　With the continuous advancement of information technology and the improvement of the living standards of residents in Macau, intelligent and automated financial management methods have become a new trend. In light of this, the government of Macau has launched the project "Macau Housekeeper 100% Precise: Life Expense Intelligent Planning Assistant" (hereafter referred to as "Macau Housekeeper") to provide residents with a comprehensive and personalized life expense intelligent planning tool using the latest intelligent technology. This tool will use scientific algorithms, combined with the actual needs of users, to assist users in planning and managing life expenses accurately, improving the quality of life, and promoting sustainable economic development in Macau.

　　I. Project Background and Purpose

　　With the development of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, the financial service industry is facing unprecedented changes. The government of Macau has kept pace with the times and decided to launch an intelligent life expense management tool, "Macau Housekeeper", to meet the needs of residents for intelligent financial management. The tool will provide personalized expenditure planning advice based on each user's consumption habits and financial status, reducing financial risks and improving the quality of life.

　　II. Project Goals

1. Increase residents' awareness of their own economic conditions and reduce impulsive consumption behavior.
2. Guide residents to form a more scientific concept of consumption and promote reasonable consumption among residents.
3. Enhance the overall financial management capabilities of residents, contributing to a favorable business environment and social development in Macau.
4. Drive technological development trends, further promoting technological progress and innovation in Macau.

　　III. Project Research and Management

　　(1) Technical Route

　　The project will adopt an open and collaborative approach, closely working with outstanding scientific research institutions and university teams such as Macau Technology Co., Ltd. and the University of Macau, to jointly develop an intelligent life expense management system. The system will integrate various data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies to create an all-in-one intelligent planning system with functions such as data collection, intelligent analysis, and suggestion output.

　　(2) System Functions

　　"Macau Housekeeper" will include the following functional modules:

1. Data Collection Module: Automatically collect users' financial data, such as transaction records and account statements, through users' authorization from various accounts such as bank accounts and shopping platform accounts.
2. Intelligent Analysis Module: Provide data visualization services such as income and expenditure status, consumption preferences, and inventory backlog by intelligently analyzing users' financial data.
3. Planning Suggestion Module: The system will provide personalized expenditure planning suggestions, such as budget setting, consumption optimization, and fund allocation, based on users' actual needs.

3. Collaborate with major chambers of commerce, industry associations, consumer rights protection organizations, and other institutions in Macau to jointly promote the project.

　　V. Project Effectiveness Evaluation

　　"Macau Housekeeper" project will conduct regular effectiveness evaluations, including but not limited to the following aspects:
